Materials In Your Hands
At your in-person design consultation, we’ll review physical colors and materials together. Renderings help you imagine the room; samples help you make the decision.
Everything Under The Lanai
The places we love to spend time have a certain ease about them. A comfortable chair. A kitchen that feels familiar. Materials that belong in the setting. Here are the partners we bring together to help your lanai feel that way.
Meet Our Partners
Our Partners & Materials
Florida living asks a little more of an outdoor room. We consider the exposure to sun and moisture, the way a material feels, and the care it needs. Then we help you choose the combination that suits your home—and the life you want to enjoy in it.
01 / Outdoor Cabinetry
By Innovation Cabinetry
The kitchen is where the evening begins. Endura gives us the door styles and finishes to make it feel like part of your home, with outdoor cabinetry at its foundation.
Endura uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) construction and patented hidden joinery. Coordinated door and drawer edge profiles bring a considered finish to the details you see every day.
We’ll review your layout, door profile, finish samples, and appliance requirements together before final selections.

02 / Cooking & Entertaining
Outdoor Kitchen Appliances
A quiet supper for two or a table full of friends. We help you bring the grill, burners, and cold storage together so the cook can be part of the evening, too.
Summerset’s 15-inch outdoor-rated refrigerator uses a #304 stainless steel door. Appliance materials and features differ by model, so we review the specifications of each piece in your kitchen.
Warranty coverage is component- and model-specific. Grills and refrigeration have different terms; the current manufacturer policy is linked below.

03 / In-Pool Living
Furniture For The Water’s Edge
A good book, cool water, and a little time to yourself. Ledge brings a quiet, sculptural presence to the sun shelf, with seating that makes the pool feel like another room of your home.
The Signature Chaise is made with UV-stable resin for outdoor use. In-pool furniture must also suit the water depth where it will sit; the right fit is as important as the silhouette.
We’ll match the specific chair or chaise to your shelf depth and review the manufacturer’s filling and placement instructions.

04 / In-Pool Living
A Relaxed Approach To Poolside Design
Gentle curves and a favorite color can change the feeling of the whole pool. Tenjam makes room for a more playful note, while keeping the setting calm and comfortable.
Tenjam’s Splash Collection uses UV-stabilized polyethylene. The molded material resists corrosion, a useful quality around water and pool chemicals.
Depth suitability and installation vary by piece. We’ll help you choose the model and any required accessories for your pool.

By Lexington Home Brands
Texture, proportion, and a comfortable place to settle in. Tommy Bahama Outdoor brings the richness of an indoor room to the lanai, with collections that feel relaxed and thoughtfully layered.
Materials vary across the collections, from aluminum and woven wicker to natural teak. Lexington provides separate care guidance for outdoor frames, finishes, and fabrics.
Natural teak changes character as it ages. We’ll talk through finish choices and care, and help you review the warranty for the pieces you select.

06 / Outdoor Furnishings
By Hooker Furnishings
An inviting sofa, chairs drawn close, a table within reach. Sunset West’s relaxed lines make it easy to imagine the conversations that will happen here.
Collections use different materials, including aluminum, resin wicker, rope, and teak. For example, the Redondo Ottoman pairs a powder-coated aluminum frame with weather-resistant, high-resiliency foam cushions.
We’ll help coordinate the frame finish and fabric, then review the care and warranty information for your chosen collection.

07 / Outdoor Structures
Louvered Pergolas & Outdoor Shade
Shade when you want it, open sky when the moment calls for it. PERGOLUX brings structure and comfort to the lanai, helping the space feel like a natural extension of home.
PERGOLUX Series 4 pergola kits use powder-coated 6063-T5 aluminum frames, adjustable louvered roofs, and integrated RainLUX gutters that route water through the posts. Manual and motorized operation, sizes, colors, lighting, screens, and glass walls vary by configuration.
We’ll consider the footprint, freestanding or wall-mounted installation, shade and rain management, electrical needs, and accessories before choosing the model and size. Local site conditions and permit requirements should be reviewed before installation.

08 / Ceilings & Finishing Details
By Westlake Royal Building Products
Look up, and the lanai feels complete. A warm ceiling finish carries the feeling of home overhead, framing the kitchen, the seating, and the view beyond.
Grove ceiling planks are cellular PVC with a stained-wood appearance, intended for covered porch ceilings and soffits. The collection includes Nickel Gap, V-Groove, and Beadboard profiles.
We’ll review the plank direction and physical color samples alongside your cabinetry. Screen images can differ from the finished material.
