    1. Returns Policy Overview

    We want you to love your purchase from Lanai Lifestyle. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

    You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

    1.2 Conditions for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    2. How to Initiate a Return

    To start a return, follow these simple steps:

    2.1 Contact Our Support

    Please email us at Info@lanailifestyle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you a return authorization and instructions.

    2.2 Ship the Product Back

    Mail your return item to the address provided in our return instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

    3. Refunds & Exchanges

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

    3.1 Refund Process

    If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

    3.2 Exchanges

    If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

    3.3 Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items cannot be returned. Please check this list carefully before making a purchase.

    4.1 Final Sale Items

    Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount code of % or more are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

    4.2 Specific Product Categories

    Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items are non-returnable.
