    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

    1.2 Order Cut-off Time

    Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time will be processed the next business day.

    2. Domestic Shipping (Within USA)

    We offer reliable domestic shipping options to ensure your Lanai Lifestyle products arrive on time.

    2.1 Standard Shipping

    Delivery within 5–7 business days

    2.2 Express Shipping

    Delivery within 2–3 business days 

    2.3 Overnight / Priority Shipping

    Delivery within 1–2 business days

    3. International Shipping

    We currently ship to select countries. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

    3.1 Available Regions

    3.2 International Delivery Times

    Standard International: 10–20 business days. Express International: 5–10 business days.

    Lanai Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or VAT applied to your order. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

    4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

    4.1 Free Shipping Eligibility

    We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over Amount, e.g., $50 USD.

    4.2 Flat Rate vs. Calculated Rates

    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Some lightweight items may qualify for a reduced flat rate.

    5. Tracking & Order Updates

    5.1 How to Track Your Order

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.

    5.2 Delayed or Lost Shipments

    If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. For lost packages, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

    6. Shipping Restrictions

    6.1 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

    We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only (express delivery not available).

    6.2 Hazardous Materials

    Certain items (e.g., aerosols, flammable liquids) cannot be shipped internationally or via air. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
