Warranty
Ledge’s in-pool furniture warranty covers qualifying material defects for 15 years in residential use and 10 years in commercial use. Coverage concerns the furniture shell; fabrics and other components may have separate terms.
Coverage is subject to manufacturer terms and proper installation, use, and maintenance. Normal wear, misuse, unbalanced pool water, and environmental damage are not covered. Keep proof of purchase and photographs for a claim.

Delivery timing and shipping charges depend on the item, selected configuration, availability, and destination. Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the current estimate and to discuss access for larger furniture or appliances.
Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspect your order on arrival and report damage or an incorrect item within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
Care
Care
For routine cleaning, use water with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush. For a deeper clean, follow Ledge’s instructions for a mild household cleaner. Remove in-pool furniture for cleaning and use an approved calcium-removal product for mineral deposits. Keep pool chemistry balanced and clean regularly.
