Summerset’s Gold Standard warranty covers specified gas-appliance construction and core cooking components for life, with three years for other parts and electrical components.
Coverage is for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Register within 30 days and retain your receipt and maintenance records. Replacement parts are covered; labor is excluded. Surface corrosion, improper installation, misuse, and inadequate care are excluded. Full manufacturer terms apply.

Delivery timing and shipping charges depend on the item, selected configuration, availability, and destination. Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the current estimate and to discuss access for larger furniture or appliances.
Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspect your order on arrival and report damage or an incorrect item within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
Care
Care
Follow the manual for this exact model, including its cleaning schedule and approved cleaning products. Clean stainless surfaces with a soft cloth, rinse away residue, and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive pads or cleaners that can damage the finish. Coastal installations need regular attention to salt deposits.
Allow cooking equipment to cool before cleaning. Remove grease and food residue regularly, keep burner ports and ventilation openings clear, and use the model-specific instructions for grates, briquettes, and burners.
