Constructed from high-grade, thick aluminum with a durable rust-resistant powder coat finish, this ottoman is designed for long-lasting outdoor performance while maintaining a clean, modern look. Built with robust laser-welded joints for exceptional strength, it is ideal for both residential and commercial use and designed to remain stylish season after season. The ottoman can be used as a comfortable footrest for relaxing or as extra seating when needed, making it a versatile addition to any outdoor lounge arrangement.
The included cushion is available in a variety of colors and is made with Sunbrella fabric as the standard material. Designed for everyday outdoor living, the cushion is easy to clean, stain resistant, wrinkle free, and resistant to mold, mildew, weather, and water. A zipper closure makes the cushion cover easier to remove for cleaning and care, while the thick cushion provides modern comfort and support.

Product Warranty
At Lanai Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of the outdoor furniture we offer. Our limited warranties apply to the original retail purchaser and cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, as outlined below. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Teak and Solid Hardwood Outdoor Furniture
Lanai Lifestyle offers a limited warranty to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Natural characteristics of wood, including small cracks in the end grain, natural color variation, grain differences, or changes caused by outdoor exposure, are not considered defects.
For residential use, upholstered chairs, loveseats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches, and tables are covered by a 2-year limited warranty on frames. For commercial use, these same products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Within the first year from the date of purchase, Lanai Lifestyle may, at its discretion, assist with reasonable repair or replacement of defective parts, excluding shipping, freight, packing, or transportation costs. After the first year, the customer is responsible for labor, packing, shipping, and all transportation costs related to warranty service.
All-Weather Wicker Frames
All-weather wicker frames are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects. Residential use is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, while commercial use is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Within the first year from the date of purchase, Lanai Lifestyle may, at its discretion, assist with reasonable repair or replacement of defective parts, excluding shipping, freight, packing, or transportation costs. After the first year, the customer is responsible for labor, packing, shipping, and all transportation costs.
Limestone, Stone, and Specialty Collections
Limestone, stone, and specialty furniture collections are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects. These products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty for residential use and a 1-year limited warranty for commercial use.
Natural stone variation, surface texture, color differences, minor markings, and other naturally occurring characteristics are not considered defects. Damage caused by third-party transportation, improper handling, misuse, or outdoor exposure beyond normal use is not covered.
Umbrella Frames and Fabrics
Patio umbrellas and umbrella bases are warranted to the original retail purchaser for 1 year against manufacturing defects, including defects related to splitting, rusting, or failure under normal exposure conditions. Umbrella fabrics are also warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
At the discretion of Lanai Lifestyle or the manufacturer, a defective part may be repaired or replaced with proof of purchase. Shipping and freight costs are not included unless otherwise approved in writing.
Cushions
Cushions are warranted to the original retail purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase against loss of resiliency caused by manufacturing defects. Normal softening, compression, and shaping from regular use are expected and are not considered defects.
Cushions, fabric selections, and made-to-order cushion items are final sale. Once cushion production or fulfillment has begun, cushion orders are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or wear caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of proper care, lack of maintenance, improper cleaning, improper assembly, accidents, or modifications. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, fading of fabrics or upholstery materials, changes in wood color due to sunlight or natural aging, natural teak patina, exposure to ocean air or salt environments, wind damage, acts of nature, severe weather, freezing temperatures, water pressure damage, broken glass tabletops, damage caused by umbrellas, or damage caused after delivery.
The warranty does not apply to products purchased “as is,” second-hand items, clearance or final sale items, distress-sale merchandise, rented products, or products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
Fabric Warranty Limitations
Fabric warranties do not cover damage or failure resulting from excessive soiling, improper cleaning, chemical treatment, protective coatings, mildew caused by lack of care, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Use of aftermarket protective treatments may void the fabric warranty.
Finish Warranty Limitations
Finish warranties do not cover damage caused by alcohol, water damage, prolonged sunlight exposure, household humidity, improper cleaning, chemical treatments, protective coatings, or normal outdoor weathering. Natural changes in teak and wood finishes are expected over time and are not considered defects.
Warranty Claims and Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and must show the original purchase date. Photos, videos, or other documentation may also be required to evaluate the claim. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
To submit a claim, please contact Lanai Lifestyle with your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area.
Remedy
Under these limited warranties, Lanai Lifestyle’s sole obligation is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion. If identical materials, finishes, fabrics, or parts are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Lanai Lifestyle reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality. Replacement fabrics, wood tones, or finishes may vary slightly from the original due to dye lots, natural material variation, or product updates.
Shipping, freight, packing, transportation, and labor costs are excluded unless otherwise approved in writing by Lanai Lifestyle.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Depending on the item and condition, eligible resolutions may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, excluding delivery charges, freight fees, return shipping, and any applicable restocking charges.
After 30 days, eligible items may be considered for exchange or merchandise credit only, subject to approval and product condition.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Return Policy
At Lanai Lifestyle, we want every order to arrive in excellent condition and meet the quality standards expected from our outdoor living collections. Because many of our products are large outdoor furniture pieces, custom cushion selections, or freight-shipped items, returns must follow the guidelines below.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery and before signing the freight bill or delivery receipt. If any box, pallet, or product appears damaged, please ask the carrier to note the damage on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment. Photos of the packaging and product should be taken immediately.
If damage occurs during transit, claims must be filed through the freight carrier. Lanai Lifestyle will assist with the claim process when possible, but proper inspection and damage notation at the time of delivery are required.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number, also known as an RMA. To request a return authorization, please contact Lanai Lifestyle with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, the RMA number must be included with the returned shipment along with a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
Return Shipping
All approved returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return freight costs unless otherwise approved in writing by Lanai Lifestyle.
Returned products must be properly packaged, protected, and shipped in their original packaging whenever possible. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for credit or exchange.
Cushions and Fabric Orders
Cushion orders, fabric selections, and made-to-order cushion items are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once the order has been placed.
Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges
Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are not available. Any credit issued will be based on the condition of the returned item after inspection.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all parts, hardware, and packaging materials. Products that show signs of use, damage, modification, or missing components may not be accepted.

Aluminum Furniture Care
Powder-coated aluminum outdoor furniture is designed to be durable, lightweight, rust-resistant, and easy to maintain, making it ideal for patios, lanais, poolside spaces, and coastal outdoor living. With simple routine care, your aluminum furniture will maintain its clean finish and modern appearance for years.
To clean the frame, use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water. Gently wipe the surface to remove dirt, pollen, salt, sunscreen, or outdoor residue, then rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, or pressure washing, as these may damage the powder-coated finish.
For homes near the ocean or in high-humidity areas, rinse the furniture regularly with fresh water to help remove salt and mineral buildup. Salt air can accelerate wear on outdoor finishes if left untreated, so regular rinsing is especially important in coastal Florida environments.
If spills occur, wipe them up promptly to prevent staining or buildup. Avoid dragging furniture across hard surfaces, as this may scratch the frame or damage the protective coating. When moving pieces, lift them instead of pulling them.
Although powder-coated aluminum is weather resistant, furniture covers are recommended during extended periods of non-use, heavy storms, or harsh weather. Covers help reduce dirt buildup, protect the finish, and keep the furniture looking its best. Always make sure furniture is clean and dry before covering to prevent trapped moisture.
For cushions, brush off loose dirt regularly and spot clean with mild soap and water. Allow cushions to air dry completely before storing or covering. When not in use, store cushions in a dry, covered area to extend their life and maintain their appearance.
