Ledge Specifications, Installation & Downloads

Ledge provides limited warranties according to product category and component. For sets, coverage can differ between furniture, fabric accessories, umbrellas, and games. Keep your receipt and contact Lanai Lifestyle to confirm the coverage for the pieces in your selection.

Coverage is subject to manufacturer terms and proper installation, use, and maintenance. Normal wear, misuse, unbalanced pool water, and environmental damage are not covered. Keep proof of purchase and photographs for a claim.

Ledge Warranty Terms

Delivery timing and shipping charges depend on the item, selected configuration, availability, and destination. Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the current estimate and to discuss access for larger furniture or appliances.

Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspect your order on arrival and report damage or an incorrect item within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Lanai Lifestyle Returns Policy

For routine cleaning, use water with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush. For a deeper clean, follow Ledge’s instructions for a mild household cleaner. Rinse away cleaning residue, allow surfaces to dry, and follow the specific instructions for any fabric, cushions, or metal components.
