Coverage is subject to manufacturer terms and proper installation, use, and maintenance. Normal wear, misuse, unbalanced pool water, and environmental damage are not covered. Keep proof of purchase and photographs for a claim.

Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspect your order on arrival and report damage or an incorrect item within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Lanai Lifestyle Returns Policy

Clean fabric with a soft terry cloth and follow the instructions for the exact fabric and filling. Let it dry thoroughly before storage. Do not assume a removable cover can be machine washed; consult the product’s cleaning guidance first.
