Warranty
Warranty
Sunset West’s published catalog specifies a 10-year structural warranty for its welded, powder-coated aluminum and iron frames. This frame coverage does not mean every fabric, finish, cushion, tabletop, or other component has the same warranty period.
Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the warranty applicable to your selected item and finish, or to start a claim. Keep your purchase receipt and photographs. Product-specific terms, care requirements, and exclusions apply.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Delivery timing and shipping charges depend on the item, selected configuration, availability, and destination. Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the current estimate and to discuss access for larger furniture or appliances.
Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspect your order on arrival and report damage or an incorrect item within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
Care
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh cleaners, stiff brushes, and abrasive pads. Cover only when the furniture is dry; store cushions separately and protect furniture during severe weather. Follow the cleaning instructions for your selected cushion fabric and let cushions dry fully before storage.
