Warranty
Warranty
Sunset West’s published catalog specifies a 10-year structural warranty for its welded, powder-coated aluminum and iron frames. This frame coverage does not mean every fabric, finish, cushion, tabletop, or other component has the same warranty period.
Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the warranty applicable to your selected item and finish, or to start a claim. Keep your purchase receipt and photographs. Product-specific terms, care requirements, and exclusions apply.
Shipping & Returns

Care
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh cleaners, stiff brushes, and abrasive pads. Cover only when the furniture is dry; store cushions separately and protect furniture during severe weather. In coastal settings, remove salt residue regularly and drain accumulated water before freezing weather. Follow the cleaning instructions for your selected cushion fabric and let cushions dry fully before storage.
