Tenjam’s current published terms specify five years for the hard-plastic Splash furniture body. Other components can have different coverage. This limited warranty concerns manufacturing and material defects; normal wear, fading, scratches, misuse, overloading, and damage from unsuitable cleaners are excluded.

Keep proof of purchase and contact Lanai Lifestyle with photographs for help with a claim. Manufacturer approval and the warranty terms applicable to the supplied product control any repair, replacement, or prorated refund.

Delivery timing and shipping charges depend on the item, selected configuration, availability, and destination. Contact Lanai Lifestyle for the current estimate and to discuss access for larger furniture or appliances.

Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspect your order on arrival and report damage or an incorrect item within 24 hours. Keep the packaging and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Lanai Lifestyle Returns Policy

Wash with mild soapy water and a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, and stiff brushes. Keep pool chemistry balanced and remove the furniture during pool shocking or major chemical adjustments. Allow the piece to drain and dry after removal.

Plastic surfaces can become hot in direct Florida sun, especially darker colors. Check the surface before sitting and cool it with pool water when needed. Follow the exact model’s weight and water-depth instructions.
