Table tops, umbrellas, umbrella bases, and component parts have one year of coverage. Terms apply only to the components included with your item.

Request an eligible return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lanai Lifestyle Returns Policy

Clean outdoor frames and surfaces with mild soap and water and a soft cloth. Rinse gently and dry. Avoid pressure washers, abrasive cleaners, solvents, and bleach on wicker. Wipe up spills promptly and protect table tops from hot dishes and scratches.

Cover furniture when not in use and store it indoors in severe or freezing weather. Drain water from frames before storage. Follow the material-specific instructions for teak, stone, wicker, and your selected performance fabric; cushion covers should not be machine washed unless the fabric instructions expressly allow it.
